First, the liquid pump valve is severely worn, or there is a foreign object stuck in the middle, or the spring is damaged, causing the valve and valve seat to not close tightly.
Second, there are many impurities in the water source, and the filter screen has not been cleaned in time, causing the surface of the filter screen to be clogged, reducing or stopping water flow. At this time, the suction pipe may be seen to be sucked in.
Furthermore, there are foreign objects in the pressure regulating valve, or the valve stem has increased friction due to lack of oil, causing the valve to fail to reset. At this time, a large amount of liquid flows back to the tank, reducing the pressure.
For liquid pumps with an air chamber, if the air pressure in the air chamber is too low or too high, it will not be able to play the role of liquid suction pulsation. At this time, the outlet pipe of the liquid pump can be seen to vibrate violently. The suction pipe leaks due to corrosion or aging, or foreign objects are sucked in.
