When using a sprayer, and during the preparation of the pesticide solution, how can we improve the mixing process? As a sprayer manufacturer, let's explore together the precautions to take when preparing pesticide solutions with a sprayer.

1. Do not use wastewater to prepare the pesticide solution. Wastewater contains many impurities, which can clog the nozzles during mixing and damage the stability of the pesticide solution, reducing its effectiveness.
2. Do not use well water to prepare the pesticide solution. Avoid using well water, as it contains high levels of minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which can easily react chemically with the pesticide solution to form precipitates, thereby reducing its effectiveness.
3. Avoid spraying on cloudy or extremely hot days. Avoid spraying during windy or rainy conditions and high temperatures. Wind can cause the pesticide to drift; rain washes away the pesticide solution, reducing its effectiveness; high temperatures can cause phytotoxicity and poisoning. Therefore, the best time to spray is between 8 am and 11 am, and 4 pm and 6 pm. Spraying should be done on clear days with a gentle breeze.
4. Avoid overuse of pesticides. Avoid the overuse of pesticides. Appropriate pesticides should be selected based on the type of crop, target pest, and pesticide properties, ensuring that the right pesticide is used for the right purpose. Avoid blindly increasing the dosage, as this can lead to increased pest resistance, reduced control effectiveness, and phytotoxicity.
5. Avoid spraying during the flowering period. Spraying pesticides during the flowering period of crops and fruit trees can cause phytotoxicity.
